P&P Architects has designed Casa Gutierrez for a recently married young couple in El Salvador. The traditional spaces in the architecture as Salvadoran kitchen, living room and terrace were to be present but they were still feeling as one depending on the occasion and should be isolated from one another, giving way to a house that fits the occasion and the type of views received.

The next important point to consider was that each of these traditional spaces had to be connected directly to the outdoors to take advantage of the delightful temperatures and flows crosswinds that live in the area where the house is located to provide the feeling of living outdoors.

Ultimately you get a young and dynamic, able to accommodate an active family and social life during different stages of this new family will live, a home for the dreams, traditions and memories.
Communication and visual separation between the spaces offered by the house will be especially meaningful for the family later. Allow an interesting coexistence between members of different ages, providing the famous phrase “together, but not stirred” some days greatly appreciated by teens and concerned parents.
