A residential policy is completely different from an exclusively building one. In respect of this point of view, Metrogamma studio accepted the assignment of Case and Dimore of building a little residential condominium in Bolzano, Italy.
This is not a simple residential building but a complex which aims to add something new to the usual project of residential apartments especially in terms of quality and comfort of the single residences. The relationship between the different typological proposals conceived as a landscape made of full and empty spaces and the energetic inovations has allowed to direct our efforts to the innovation of the residential intervention model.
One of the main characteristics of this architectural complex is that of not showing identical, repetitive residential typologies, but instead of offering different residences ( despite the little residential intervention ) which improve the residential offer: residences with gardens ( on the ground floor ), attics with roof gardens ( on the fifth floor ).
Each apartment is provided with wide loggia-balconies and terraces on each floor. Facades are rich of accurate details which give an idea of the inner heterogeneuos subdivision. This project make the best use of the area potentialities by maximizing the allowed cubature as on the PUC, i.e. with a maximum of 3592,68 cm.
